ANNUAL OIL CITY FALL SESSIONS

I am extremely excited to announce another round of Oil City sessions!  Those of you who know me well know that these two-times-a-year sessions are a highlight for me because of the people that I get to work with… so thank you from the bottom of my heart for keeping them alive with your support.

PLEASE take the time to read through the information carefully as most of your questions should be answered here… but if they are not, you are always welcome to be in touch at brea@photographybybrea.com.  Booking will open on Thursday, September 10th at 8:00pm and details will be announced on my Facebook page at that time.  All session requests will be submitted through the contact tab here on my website, and will be fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis. Here are the details!

Thursday, October 22nd – Saturday, October 24

Your $250 photography session experience includes

• 50 minutes of photography for up to five family members at one outdoor location to be determined by me.  (In order to be able to offer more sessions, all sessions on each day will be held in the same location.)
• A session e-guide provided to prior to your session to help answer some FAQs (i.e “What the heck do we wear?!”) so that we can get the most out of our time together
• For families, photography includes images of each individual child, siblings together, family photos, Mom and Dad together – and any other combination that is important to you!
• At least 20 professionally processed final proofs given to you in a password protected online gallery to view and share with family and friends
• All final, edited images from your gallery will be made available to you via automatic download  from your gallery with a print release to utilize the images for personal use (printing, making photo books, holiday gifts, etc) and have for your family archives.

Please note:
— Sessions are only available for children/families or couples.  Due to scheduling constraints, newborn photography is not available during this group of days.

Booking your session:

It is important to me that scheduling sessions is as fair as possible… so here is the process!

• Contact me by clicking HERE. Fill out the contact information … and in the comments let me know which time slot you prefer in addition to one alternate time slot in the event that your first preference is already taken by a request that was submitted first.
• I will respond to and fill all requests in the order that they come in. (There is sometimes a small delay in messages reaching my email address – so thanks for your patience in my reply!)
• Once your session spot is penciled in, I will send you a link to make your $100.00 first payment online, and will also be sending over a link for you to be able to conveniently electronically sign your contract outlining session packaging/terms. (That’s right – no physical paperwork!) First payment and completed contract must be submitted by Monday, September 14th to finalize your session spot. The remaining $150.00 to complete your package price won’t be due until the day of your session.

Please know that we may run into a situation where time slots are filled and additional requests cannot be accommodated. I appreciate your understanding if this happens and will work with you to keep you informed of any future times that I may be back in Oil City to photograph!
